维持博物馆是不是是糟蹋金钱?

　　1、提出自个的观念(对立)。

　　政府应当spend a lot of money to enrich the collection of museums to cater fordifferent tastes or needs of different people.有的人认为是糟蹋钱，我认为是很有必要的。

　　2、博物馆很主要(博物馆的效果)。

　　(1)illuminate the culture， history and arts of the world. 比方，世界上最大的BritishMuseum provide visitors with all-round knowledge about the world culture andarts,collections in it trace the development of civilization throughout thehistory of mankind. Definitely a heartquake!

　　(2)shoulder the responsibility to preserve and carry forward a country‘straditional culture.

　　(3)serve as a significant mean of adolescent education,benefit both thepresent and future generation. 教育学生啥是美，purify their heart，也可以作为第二课堂，供给教育参阅

　　3、不是糟蹋金钱。

　　(1)这种观念是shortsighted，仅仅从自己的利益出发，政府应当站在一个更高的视点去看疑问。对国家的经济和人民生活是有很大促进效果的。

　　(2)不同于别的工业，不能让其自生自灭，不然也许很难生存。

　　(3)花的钱多，自己没有能力付出。
