       Some people say that university graduates should pay the full tuition because they can earn a higher salary than the less well-educated people. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　Disagree: Firstly, students have no ability to pay the high tuition because they have no income. Their duty is to study, not to earn money. Secondly, high tuition may become a barrier for those in the undeveloped regions and the countryside to receive higher education. For instance, ……Finally, to provide opportunities to people is a government’s obligation, because education is the decisive factor of prosperity and strength. In order to offer education opportunities to more students, the government and the authorities concerned should make concerted effort to help them finish their education in the university through loans.
